WORK HOURS:
Full-time, year-round; 8 hours per day; Tuesday through Saturday from 3:00 p.m to 11:30 p.m.  Anticipated start date of April 29, 2025.

JOB DUTIES:
Cleaning Duties: Mopping, sweeping, carpet extracting, vacuuming, dusting, painting, washing walls, windows, sanitary fixtures, etc.

Other Duties: Unloading and distributing freight, minor grounds maintenance, and assisting in any project as directed by the building head.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds and hold a valid Minnesota driver's license.

SALARY and BENEFITS:
Salary based on the 2023-2025 Custodial Agreement Level V(a), Step 1 at $22.09 per hour.
