JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN
Full-time; non-exempt; benefit eligible

Stearns Electric Association is seeking a full-time Journeyman Electrician. This position works onsite at member locations throughout our service territory installing and maintaining load control communication equipment used for the Cooperative’s EnergyWise Programs.
Daily activities include load control receiver installation, repair, troubleshooting, assisting members and contractors and being a part of a thriving team.
Applicants are required to be a Journeyman Electrician with a Journeyworker A Electrician License. A valid driver’s license and a minimum of 5 years as a Journeyworker Electrician are required. Work experience installing, repairing, and maintaining all types of utility load management contactor panels and receivers are preferred. Computer proficiency and excellent communication skills to effectively communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences are a plus
