Lunchtime Learning: People Problems: Protecting Profits 12/2/15
Sexual harassment remains a problem in many workplaces, but can be a subject that is difficult to recognize and address. This session covers the legal issues involved in sexual harassment and discrimination cases, as well as tips for managing the disciplinary process. Topics include examples of inappropriate behavior, ways employees and managers should respond to harassment, and company policy recommendations.
James Morrighan, an associate attorney with Hughes Mathews Greer, P.A., specializes in business and employment litigation. James graduated cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2006, and moved to Minnesota in 2008.
