DESCRIPTION:Sexual harassment remains a problem in many workplaces\, but can be a subject that is difficult to recognize and address.  This session covers the legal issues involved in sexual harassment and discrimination cases\, as well as tips for managing the disciplinary process.  Topics include examples of inappropriate behavior\, ways employees and managers should respond to harassment\, and company policy recommendations.\n\nJames Morrighan\, an associate attorney with Hughes Mathews Greer\, P.A.\, specializes in business and employment litigation.  James graduated cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2006\, and moved to Minnesota in 2008.\n\nThe sponsor for this training is Central Minnesota Society for Human Research Management (CMSHRM).\n\nIf you require special accommodations\, please call the St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce office at (320) 251-2940 at least two days in advance of the event so that reasonable accommodation is available.\n\nLunchtime Learning is an educational networking event which includes audience introductions\, lunch\, a presentation\, time for questions\, networking and a business card exchange.
