Full-Time Sales Representative
White Wolf Custom Apparel is growing! We are looking for a motivated team member in a unique role designed to develop a highly successful sales professional.
This position begins with hands-on training in our operations department to learn how custom apparel orders move from concept to finished product.
Later this summer, the candidate will temporarily manage this role while the Operations Coordinator is on maternity leave. Once she returns, the position transitions into a full-time Sales Representative role focused on growing accounts and building new client relationships.

Responsibilities
Operations Training & Support
- Learn internal order workflow and production scheduling
- Assist with order entry and job tracking
- Communicate with customers regarding approvals and timelines
- Coordinate with vendors and production team
Maternity Leave Coverage (Approx. 3 Months)
- Manage incoming order flow
- Ensure orders move through production smoothly
- Communicate updates with customers and team members
- Help maintain organized workflow across departments
Sales Representative (After Training Period)
- Build relationships with new and existing clients
- Generate quotes and follow up on opportunities
- Help customers select apparel and decoration options
- Grow company sales through excellent service
Ideal Candidate
- Organized and detail oriented
- Strong communicator
- Comfortable working with customers
- Problem solver who stays calm under pressure
- Interested in building a long-term sales career
- Able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Essential office computer skills necessary
Experience in apparel, marketing, sales, or customer service is helpful but not required.
