Job Title: Part-Time Development Manager
Location: On-Site/Hybrid (Based in Central MN preferred)
Hours: Part-Time; 20–25 hours per week
Salary Range: $35,000–$45,000 annually, DOE
Reports To: Executive Director

Position Overview
Bri’s Lodge is seeking a passionate and experienced Part-Time Development Manager to lead and expand our fundraising and donor engagement efforts. This individual will be responsible for building and sustaining donor relationships, identifying and securing grant funding, and executing a comprehensive development strategy that supports the long-term growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Donor Development & Fundraising (50%)

Develop and implement a donor cultivation and stewardship plan

Build strong relationships with individual donors, sponsors, and community partners

Coordinate and support fundraising campaigns and annual giving efforts

Collaborate with the Executive Director and Board to identify major gift opportunities
Grant Writing & Management (40%)

Research and identify grant opportunities aligned with Bri’s Lodge’s mission

Write compelling grant proposals, reports, and supporting documentation

Manage grant calendar to ensure timely submissions and reporting

Track outcomes and maintain documentation for all grants and institutional funding
Strategic Development Support (10%)

Assist in shaping long-term development strategy and fundraising goals

Support special events and community outreach efforts as needed

Provide regular fundraising reports to the Executive Director and Board of Directors
Qualifications

Proven experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, and grant writing (3+ years preferred)

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for storytelling and mission-driven work

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
