Coborn's, Inc. also owns and operates liquor stores under the Coborn's Liquor, Cash Wise Liquor, Andy’s Liquor and Captain Jack's brands. Additionally, our fuel and convenience division, pharmacy, in-house grocery warehouse and distribution center, in-house Central Bakery, in-house Fresh Foods Commissary, and Tops Cleaners are significant assets to our operations. In this role, you will provide direct support to our Senior Vice President of Fresh Merchandising and Vice President of Operations and get an inside look into the Fresh and Operations divisions of our business. Calendar management, travel reimbursements, and maintaining a confidential and professional manner will be a standard part of this position but you will have the opportunity to learn and grow from these leaders and the experienced teams that they lead. Location: This is an on-site position that will work at our Coborn's Support Center in St. Cloud, Minnesota.

Additional Responsibilities Will Include: 

  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion
  • Provide administrative support which includes, but is not limited to, preparing and editing reports, creating correspondences and presentations, calendar management, event coordination, reviewing contracts and various business documents, arranging travel and expense reimbursement, provide receptionist coverage and manage information.
  • Serve as a key functional resource, answering routine and complex functional questions that may require troubleshooting, additional research, and follow-up. Refer to appropriate employees as needed.
  • Assist with project coordination; gather and prepare data in preparation for project meetings; identify future needs to complete projects.
  • Confidentially manage work, ensuring information is shared with internal and external individuals appropriately; guide peers as necessary regarding proprietary information.
  • Serve as a liaison between external partners and the leadership team.

A qualified candidate will possess the following:

  • Associate's degree in Business or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
  • Four plus years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate proficiency with Excel, and email systems.
