Washington, D.C. Fly-In April 7-10, 2025
Registration is now open for one of the Chamber’s most valuable and rewarding events of the year! Each spring, St. Cloud Area Chamber members travel to Washington, D.C. to connect directly with Minnesota’s congressional delegation, federal officials, and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. This is a unique opportunity to advocate for business priorities and engage in meaningful discussions about issues affecting our region.
Plans for the 2025 Fly-In are well underway, and we look forward to having you join us! Register by March 1 to receive an Early Bird Bonus!
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
🔹REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATIONS
Register by clicking on the blue "Register" button on the right.
The registration fee is $250 per person for all Chamber members. Spouses or travel companions must register and pay the $250 fee if they plan to participate in planned meal functions and meetings (please contact Julie if you have any questions).

Room Rate $439 per night +tax. Reserve your room during registration. No need to contact the hotel – your room will be reserved through the Chamber when you register.

An opening reception is scheduled for 5:00 PM on Monday, April 7, at the Hotel Washington, followed by dinner.

🍽️ Dinners on April 7, 8, and 9 are included in your registration. All other meals and transportation are at your discretion.
