Lunchtime Learning: Mental Health Matters - Supporting Your Employees 2/1/23
We talk a lot about physical health in the workplace. Healthy eating, good desk posture, regular stretching breaks – it’s all important. However, mental health is not often addressed in the workplace, though you could argue that it’s even more important. This panel of mental health experts will talk about how employers can provide healthy work environments, support employees, and foster a work culture of healthy habits when it comes to mental health.
Register by Monday, January 30, 2023 to be included in the lunch count.
