Email was invented 45 years ago. We should have mastered this tool by now, right? Alas, email has become so pervasive that many struggle to keep up. This session includes tips for using email effectively for your internal and external business communications. Brian Hart wrote his first email on a mainframe terminal. He claims that email is much easier now, and therein lies the problem. Brian is the owner and president of Sandler Training in St. Cloud and focuses on helping businesses grow their revenues via professional sales.
