Class Description:
Research shows that 71% of employees surveyed say it's imperative or very important to work where culture is supportive of giving and volunteering. So how do you implement a culture of giving in your organization? It starts from the top, but it takes buy-in from all levels to succeed. Whether you’re in an entry- level or managerial position, this session will teach you how to make giving back and engaging in the community a habit, and expectation, and a way of life.
