Lunchtime Learning: Business on a Budget - Free Tools for Success

Class Description:
This class features three speakers who will introduce four free tools you can use to enhance, streamline, and grow your business.
 
Emily Bertram will explain the basics of Canva and Prezi. Canva, a free, online, easy to use marketing design software, will expand your options with social media posts, customized flyers, and more. Prezi enables you to piece together professional, seamless presentations in a matter of minutes.
 
Tim Schmidt will share how Zoom has helped him grow his business efficiently. Zoom saves travel time and extends your reach while creating a unique platform for exchanging information during the awareness phase of a project. Attendees will learn about the customer lifecycle planning and how to use Zoom to conduct meetings.
 
Whitney Ditlevson will discuss Kanban Flow, a free online tool that keeps her organized while managing her workload. Attendees will learn how to create an initial Kanban Flow Board, and how to use the additional tools to enhance productivity.

Your Speakers:
Emily Bertram is the Social Media & Marketing Specialist at Visit Greater St. Cloud. She designs and posts all their social spaces, using tools like Canva on a daily basis.
 
Tim Schmidt is a simple everyday husband with five children, but he has a deep passion to expose brand messages through relationships. Last year, Tim launched Agency511 Marketing and Advertising as a way to help others tell their stories.
 
Whitney Ditlevson joined Stearns Electric Association in October 2017. As communications and marketing supervisor, she oversees the Cooperative’s communications initiatives for both member-consumers and employees. Making many lists helps keep her successful both at work and at home.
