Marco CEO Jeff Gau's number one job is to attract and keep good people. You'll hear firsthand what the company does to create a culture that people want to be a part of and why they received their highest annual employee survey ranking in 27 years.
Jeff Gau joined Marco as a sales representative in 1984 and held various management positions before he became president in 2003 and CEO in 2007. He believes in high performance, sustaining a fun workplace and keeping score. Gau was named the EY Entrepreneur of the Year for the Upper Midwest in 2015.
