Class Description:
Maintaining personal health is challenging, but a key to success at work and home. Jake Hutt will provide ideas how you can integrate daily health and wellness based on your lifestyle and goals, as well as non-surgical orthopedic care options for the aches and pains that just won’t go away. Attendees will learn the latest updates in the healthcare system and take-home tips for improved work and life balance. Anyone interested in sustaining or enhancing their overall physical and mental wellness will especially benefit from this class.
Register by Thursday, October 29 to be included in the lunch count.
This class will be held in person at the Chamber office. Because of space limitations, class attendance will be limited to 20 attendees. A wait list is established, please feel free to register and we will move you in to the class should an opening become available.

The St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce will follow guidelines recommended by the state of Minnesota and the CDC when presenting events. Please be aware event locations may change suddenly. At all in-person events, the following rules must be followed by attendees:
