Legal Nurse Consultant Certificate
In our, 7-week session (42-hours course work), you will develop the skills needed to find full or part-time work:
- As an employee or independent contractor of a law firm
- In the clinical setting and consulting with a law firm
- As an expert witness
- In risk-management with an insurance company or hospital
Employment law is a branch of contract law that deals with relationships between employers and employees. In this accelerated course, you will learn about the National Labor Relations Act, the Railway Labor Act and other statues that deal with public employees.

- 45 hours of course work
- You must pass all exams with a minimum score of 70 percent
- Topics include
- Labor management relations
- Anti-discrimination in employment
- Minimum wages and maximum hours
- Regulation of working conditions
Our accelerated online program trains and qualifies you to provide assistance to crime victims. You will acquire skills for work in advocacy positions in domestic violence shelters, crisis centers, crisis hotlines, and state and county victim assistance programs in the criminal justice system.
