Join us for a summit dedicated to fostering community and inclusion in the workplace. This event will provide strategies that business owners and managers can implement in their own workplaces and insights into building diverse teams.

Today’s workplaces are evolving—and so are the expectations around diversity, equity, and inclusion. The Action Summit brings together professionals for real talk and actionable insight. Hear directly from Gen Z about what they want in an employer and how DEI shapes their decisions. Learn how to stay compliant while building a competitive, inclusive workplace. This summit is a great fit for anyone working in human resources, marketing, or upper management of organizations of all sizes. Registration will begin at 7:30am and it includes a light breakfast. The cost to attend is $25 for members and $30 for non-members. The student rate to attend is $15.
