About Us

Founded in 2014 as a grassroots recovery organization, RCN has become a vital part of the community, achieving 501(c)(3) status in 2019. We provide evidence-based Peer Recovery Support Services, including linkage and navigation, a peer-led, non-crisis text support service, and more. Our outreach programs provide information and resources to help individuals and families understand and navigate recovery. We partner with local organizations and treatment centers to offer comprehensive educational programs. RCN actively advocates for policies and initiatives that support recovery and improve access to resources. We participate in Recovery Day on the Hill, engage with social media, and host monthly radio segments to raise awareness and promote recovery-friendly policies. Our Harm Prevention program focuses on reducing the risks associated with substance use, such as Naloxone training.
