Free Health Coaches for Hypertension Control Workshops!
There is no cost to organizations as host sites or to participants! Our main ask from host sites is to recruit participants. Chamber members could offer the workshops to their employees. An ideal group size is about 8 participants or so. The 8-week workshop would be offered on Wednesdays beginning Feb 18 and running through Apr 22. Host sites can choose any start time, from 6 am to 6 pm. Each session is 90 minutes in length.
