Women in Leadership Series: Building Trust & Effective Leadership Communication

Course Description: 

Part of the Women in Leadership Series, and taught by Jodi Maus, this course is designed to help women leaders strengthen their ability to build trust, foster positive communication, and navigate conflict in ways that support team growth, inclusion, and cohesion. Through reflection, discussion, and practical exercises, participants will explore how trust, empathy, and open communication shape effective leadership and long-term professional relationships. A special focus will be placed on women’s empowerment in leadership — building confidence, advocating for one’s voice, and creating environments where all perspectives are heard and valued.
