The St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce is showcasing our area communities again this year for all of our Minnesota Senators and Representatives. We are inviting them to become acquainted with YOU and the organization you represent. This event will be at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in St. Paul. Table space is available for organizations to showcase their facilities, services and products. The cost to participate as a sponsor is $300 for Chamber members, which includes table space, a table sign and six participant admissions. Non-member sponsors may reserve space for $375. Additional or individual participants may attend for $20 each, $30 for non-members. We're providing appetizers and a cash bar for all attendees. Our participants raved about the FREE bus we provided in the past, so we are providing one again this year! Ifcwe have enough ridership, we will provide two buses, one earlier and one later. We do need your reservation by Monday, April 11, 2016, if you plan to ride the bus to be sure to have room for you. Our goal is to provide a relaxed and informal atmosphere that will encourage conversation and friendly discussion
Make sure you reserve space to tell your story! Legislators have asked us how they can learn more about the needs of Central Minnesota, so we expect a excellent turn out. We need to hear from you by April 11.
