Sales Certificate Program Begins March 24, 2009
The Sales Certificate Program is presented by the Chamber and St. Cloud Technical College's customized training department. Classes are held at the Chamber office on March 24 and 30, April 7, 14 and 21. Participants must attend all five classes to obtain the certificate. Learn how to grow your sales in tough economic times with a low-cost, high-impact program. Your selling pattern will be invigorated in five 2-hour sessions. The Chamber's Sales Certificate Program will cover everything from Understanding your Selling Style (including use of DiSC Assessment) to Cold Calling, Prospecting through Referrals, Questions that Build Value, Positioning, Negotiating, Closing, and Servicing after the Sale. The instructor, Cheryl Kelley-Bowman, works as a business consultant for the customized training department of St. Cloud Technical College. Her areas of expertise include: sales, service, organizational change and leadership. Price includes five 2-hour sessions, reference material, DiSC profile, refreshments, Certificate of Completion after completion of all five classes.
