Omar/Elmi Family Wall-Raising

The 17^th home built during an eight year partnership with Thrivent Financial gets started with a special wall raising ceremony.  Be a part of our Habitat community as we raise the first wall of what will soon be the home of Mahad Elmi, Amina Omar, and their eight children.   They have lived in St. Cloud for 5 years and are working hard towards owning their own home.  Amina works at a manufacturing plant and as a translator, and Mahad takes care of their 8 children.  Watch their face light up as the community gathers to kick-off the project!
