Is it really possible to be an ethical salesperson? Absolutely! At this session, we discuss the "Golden Rule of Sales" and how the best sales people try to understand what customers want and need before they make a recommendation of what product or service will benefit them. If a salesperson truly does what is in the customer's best interest, they develop a "business friendship" that serves as a "win-win" relationship for life.
David Titus, assistant professor at St. Cloud State University, teaches professional selling and has worked in industrial sales and marketing for 30 years. His passion is working with sales people and students to help them learn the ethical way to sell products and services.
The sponsor for this training is Minnwest Bank.
