Class Description:
Between the current labor shortage and sudden economic strains, employers can’t afford to lose current employees or spend money attracting new staff. Betsey Lund Ross will review how to retain talent with incentives beyond wages, how to find top talent, and how to determine if the applicant is the best fit for your position. Attendees will learn new talent finding tools, how to use assessments to evaluate applicants, and how to create a culture that entices employees to stay. Company owners, supervisors, managers and human resource staff will especially benefit from this class.
For those unable to join us at class, the session will be recorded and available for purchase online following the class date.
