Lunchtime Learning: Perfectionism and Productivity

Perfectionists can get stuck in the details, become frustrated, and ultimately decrease productivity.  Or they can be high performers with good attention to detail that makes your company stand out from the competition.  Sarah Noble will discuss how perfectionism can decrease productivity, suggest ideas for coping with a manager who is a perfectionist, and offer tips on managing a perfectionist for the greatest productivity and employee satisfaction.  Managers, perfectionists, and their co-workers will all benefit from this program.
  
Sarah Noble is director of operations at Northwestern Mutual.  She has been with the company since 2011 and is responsible for recruiting and developing the firm’s financial advisors.
