Lunchtime Learning: Handling Online Reviews with One Voice

Class Description:
Managing online reviews, comments and questions can be daunting, but is crucial to maintaining a healthy perception and relationship with your customers, present and future. Hailey Everson will clarify why reviews are important to your business, how to request reviews from your clients, and the impact your online voice has on your overall company brand. Attendees will learn how to respond to both negative and positive reviews in one consistent voice. Managers, business owners, customer service reps and anyone involved in marketing will especially benefit from this class.

Register by Thursday, April 1 to be included in the lunch count.

This class will be held in person at the Chamber office. Because of space limitations, class attendance will be limited to 20 attendees. A wait list is established, please feel free to register and we will move you in to the class should an opening become available. If unsafe for us to meet in-person, class will be held via Zoom.

ALL CLASSES WILL BE RECORDED AND MADE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE to watch online for those who are unable to join us at class.

The St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce will follow guidelines recommended by the state of Minnesota and the CDC when presenting events. Please be aware event locations may change suddenly. At all in-person events, the following rules must be followed by attendees:
