Lunchtime Learning: Handling Disruption in Your Business
Class Description:
Businesses face disruption daily – not just during a pandemic. The most successful companies are prepared to use change as an opportunity rather than a threat. Mike Huey will provide ideas how your organization can develop a culture that embraces disruption to better serve customers and maintain team cohesion. Attendees will learn tips for communicating with customers to address needs that develop in the face of change and ways to help keep employees on track and accountable. Business owners, managers and company executives will especially benefit from this class.
