Class Description:
Do you feel heard at work? Do you know how to effectively provide feedback, offer suggestions, and seek clarity with upper management? Communication is key for success when it comes to "Leading Up."  Companies that foster upward communication are better able to make decisions that positively impact their employees and the culture. In this workshop we’ll explore ways for upper management to create a climate that invites upward communication while also providing insight for employees on how to use their voices effectively and constructively.
