LEADERSHIP: The Assessment Center, Level II
Leadership Assessment Level II uses four assessment processes. These tools are web-enabled and completed prior to the session. Two tools used in the Hiring Package plus the Brain Mode Power tool.Hiring Package tool includes PXT, Whole Person tool and PPI, a Style tool. These systems take responses and compare them to normative groups and statistically valid research to produce reports that will describe your Learning Style, Behavioral Traits, Occupational Interests, and Work Style like MyersBriggs or DISC. The third tool is for development and reports preferred Sensory and Thinking modes,soemployees can capitalize on accelerating learning, communicating more effectively and working more productively. Participants also receive 14 weeks of exercises and techniques are e-mailed to the employee 14 weeks in a row to help increase Brain Mode power scores and personal effectiveness.The last assessment tool is Checkpoint 360 Feedback tool with coaching to develop an Individual Development Plan. This tool measures 18 key Leadership Behaviors through self evaluation, and evaluation by your boss, peers and subordinates. E-learning and action planning resources are also availablefor all 18 key skills sets, along with resources for an internal coach. Four hours of coaching feedback is included.
