How do you use influence and power to negotiate a win-win solution? This seminar will also take you beyond the skills and knowledge of supervision to the art of getting the most from your employees through coaching and mentoring. Experienced managers, leaders and business owners recognize that training isn't the solution to every employee challenge.
DIscussion will also include an ethical approach to problem solving and decision-making, defining the values that guide you as a manager, and translating personal values into calculated action.
Ultimately this course will provide participants with a variety of tools to help them evaluate and solve organizational problems, improve communication, and motivate employees.
Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours in advance or fee payment will be expected.
