Healing Sound Bath Workshop Bri’s Lodge invites you to a deeply nourishing sound bath guided by the tones and vibrations of crystal singing bowls. Each session is intuitive and unique — sometimes soft and dreamy, sometimes powerful and transformative — always offering exactly what your soul needs. This isn’t a scripted experience. The facilitator tunes into the energy of the room — the tension, the pain, the stuck emotions, the longing for clarity and peace. The bowls guide the group gently through release, meeting you where you are and carrying you where you need to go. This is your space to simply be — to receive, soften, and let go of what you’ve been carrying. What to Know: This will be held at Bri’s Lodge, 406 Great Oak Drive, Waite Park, MN 56387 No experience necessary Yoga mats and cushions provided (bring a pillow or blanket for extra comfort, if preferred) Guided intuitively through energy healing, somatic awareness, and deep listening. The facilitator is not a certified sound healer — please honor your body and inner knowing.
