The keynote luncheon speaker is Christine Clifford Beckwith, presenting Selling the Invisible: A Field Guide to Modern Marketing. She has established Beckwith Partners with her husband, Harry, and they have helped over thirty-five Fortune 500 companies face today's toughest marketing challenges. The second Encore Program speaker is Diane Amundson, speaking on Managing Generational Differences.
