The seminar will still cover the basics of estate planning (wills, trusts, health care directives, powers of attorney, beneficiary designations), but will do so in the context of planning for the veryreal possibility that many of us will need assisted living or nursing home care services in our senior years. The rapidly rising cost of these services makes planning essential.
