OVERVIEW
Join us for a summit dedicated to fostering community and inclusion in the workplace. This event will provide strategies that business owners and managers can implement in their own workplaces and insights into building diverse teams.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- Overview of DEI: Understand what DEI means for your business.
- Insights from Local Leaders: Learn how to integrate DEI practices from the perspectives of race, gender, culture, sexual orientation, and ability.
- Practical Applications: Gain insights into being more inclusive in hiring, messaging, advertising, and professional mindset.
- Actionable Steps: Learn how to translate knowledge into actions for your business.
DETAILS
This summit is a great fit for anyone working in human resources, marketing, or upper management of organizations of all sizes. Registration will begin at 7:30am and it includes a light breakfast. The cost to attend is $25 for members and $30 for non-members. The student rate to attend is $15.
