Hey, boss.

As you know, a membership with the St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce offers a vast amount of opportunities to network, learn, and grow. We love seeing both familiar and new faces at events and learning more about all of the talented employees in the St. Cloud area. Sometimes, all it takes is a boss or manager's endorsement to get a new employee involved with the Chamber and the community. With that said...

This message is for the managers, bosses and owners.

  • Do you have an employee who is a young professional or new to their career? Encourage them to check out NEXT Emerging Leaders to learn skills, get to know the area, and meet other young professionals.
  • Do you have an employee who you believe is ready to advance within your company? Encourage them to sign up for the Supervisor Development Program for managers in the making.
  • Is your company looking for a way to give back through the gift of time? Share all of the committee volunteer opportunities with your staff, there is something for everyone!
  • Is there an employee at your company who really loves politics, government affairs, and staying up to date on legislative news? Get them into the Chamber's Government Affairs programming, all are welcome!

Getting your employees involved in the Chamber is not only good for your business, it's great for employee satisfaction! Building relationships and skills is beneficial in many ways. Have questions on how to get your employees more engaged? Reach out to the Chamber, or attend the next Membership Maximizer on October 5th for more information!

Tuesday, October 3rd

P.S.... Want a sneak peek?

On September 19th, the Chamber hosted the inaugural Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Summit. Organized by some of our dedicated volunteers, the event featured four speakers who covered a variety of topics. We took a look at our personal values. We were thoughtful about our own organizations DEI efforts. We learned about leadership, language and listening. We asked questions, learned a lot, and left the day feeling ready for more.

Thank you to all of our speakers, attendees, and organizers for such a successful first event. For those who couldn't make it - or for those who want more - stay tuned for future DEI summit information. This year's event sold out, and we look forward to continuing to grow it in the future!
