Executive Express is a Minnesota Based passenger transportation company. The firm specializes in providing transportation to the Minneapolis – St. Paul airport and Twin cites area for 40 cities in Central and Western MN. Executive Express also has an Iowa Branch that transports passengers to/from the Des Moines airport from 26 Central Iowa cities.

Position Description – Full-Time Driver
Primary Function:
Under the direction of the Operations Manager, the primary role of a Full-Time driver is to safely drive passengers to/from 40+ cities throughout Central Minnesota and the St Cloud Holiday Inn or the Minneapolis-St Paul airport.  This full-time position will be assigned shifts as needed and will include Floats, Airport Runs, Charters, Deliveries and requires working every other weekend including holidays.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Conduct vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections (DVIR) and document
  • Document and communicate vehicle issues
  • Vehicle cleanliness - interior and exterior
  • In a safe and timely manner pick up and drop off passengers.
  • Load luggage
  • Give pre and post trip greetings
  • Utilize tablet, computer and maneuver industry specific software
  • Ability to trouble shoot situations
  • Maintain safe driving record
  • Follow company dress code-Khaki & Blue
  • Effective communication skills
  • Properly fill out all paperwork and turn in timely
Demonstrated Knowledge and Abilities:
  • Proven safe driving skills.
  • Personable and able to get along with all types of personalities.
  • Understands and carries out oral and written directions
  • Computer skills such as internet research (mapping).
  • Offer exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Punctual and Reliable
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Previous experience driving passengers, preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must have, or be able to get, DOT health card upon hire.
  • Must be 23 years of age (for insurance purposes)
  • Must be willing and able to get Class B CDL with passenger and airbrake endorsements within 120 days.

Drivers must maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities which may include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Bending, twisting, squatting, crouching, and kneeling
  • Sitting for extended periods of time
  • Operating assigned equipment
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity; and exposure to dust, fumes, and gasses.
Hours and Pay:
  • This position will work a minimum of 40 hours/week
  • Drivers will be scheduled for 8-12 hours shifts, based on need
  • Work a rotating schedule of 4 days per week (including every other weekend and holidays).
  • Starting wage for this position is $12/hr + tips.
