Cleaning Laborer

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

 

Preform emergency services and contents restoration work. This includes, but is not limited to, packing customers' contents, general on-location cleaning, cleaning and deodorization of facilities, assisting with the inventory of site contents, set up of emergency services equipment, preparing contents for storage and lifting items into storage.

 

Perform services equal to or exceeding company and customer quality.

 

Prepare jobsite for others to complete skilled tasks.

 

Show respect to all customers and other staff members.

 

Communicate written and verbally with other cleaning technicians, production managers, project managers, and other office staff.

 

Maintain a positive work environment and adapt to each situation.

 

Execute job duties using hand tools, drying equipment, cleaning equipment and solutions.

 

Potentially work in a hazardous work environment with the use of PPE which include but not limited to Dirt, Heat, Noise, Odors, Dust, Cold, Fumes, and Wetness/humidity.

 

Adhere to IICRC, RIA and other restoration industry standards.

 

Perform general physical activity, handling and moving objects, and spend time standing.

 

Enter daily hours worked into timesheet correctly.

 

Arrive for scheduled shifts.

Qualifications:

 

Drivers license preferred but not required

 

Less than 5 years of experience in the restoration industry
