The Paramount Center for the Arts, located in downtown St. Cloud, MN, provides opportunities for artistic production, creative exploration, arts education and the enjoyment of arts and entertainment throughout Central Minnesota and beyond. The Paramount includes an 800-seat historic theatre – which celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2021 – plus over 8500 square feet of visual arts studios, three gallery spaces and the Gallery Gift Shop, featuring the works of over 75 local artists. As one of the largest arts organizations in Central Minnesota, the Paramount offers around 50 different stage presentations and 150 art classes each year, with a focus on delivering engaging arts experiences and community programs that inspire creativity and connection.

The Director of Marketing will be a key player in the success and growth of the Paramount Center for the Arts (PCA). This dynamic leader will oversee promotional efforts throughout the organization with a focus on building engagement and telling our story. They will have the opportunity to collaborate across departments, including performing arts, visual arts, exhibitions and community engagement and supervise a small team of marketing focused individuals.
 
This is 0.8-time exempt position (32 hours per week), Monday-Friday, with occasional evening and weekend hours. Employee to work in the office between the hours of 9am-5pm, with the option to work remotely up to 6.5 hours each week.
