Employment Recruiter

The Employment Recruiter is responsible for recruiting and sourcing applicants, building applicant sources by working with community services/events, screening and onboarding applicants while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role works closely with the students for Good Shepherd's Nursing Assistant training program and is the main contact for the nursing assistant students.
Additional items: supports the Human Resources team by offering assistance or backup support when needed to ensure all areas of the human resources department are adequately covered. Maintains confidentiality of all Good Shepherd and employee information including, but not limited to, personnel files, health files, and payroll records.
