The Food Service Manager develops, implements and maintains the quality improvement program for the department in compliance with sanitation, health department, and federal regulations. They order all supplies and food, ensures delivery, and maintains adequate inventory. This role directs the dietary preparation and service of meals for tenants and special functions, is responsible for staff supervision, and oversees cleaning of kitchen and dining rooms.
