Executive and Development Administrative Assistant

  1. Administrative support for leadership team, employee and volunteer meetings.
  2. Primary contact for fundraising: record keeping, reporting, prospecting, acknowledgement systems, invoicing, meetings and recognition events.   
  3. Models our YMCA values through fun, positive relationships with staff, members, volunteers and donors to enrich their Y experience.
  4. Incorporates "Caring, Honesty, Respect, Responsibility" into all aspects of the position, to ensure Y values are integrated into our culture and programs.
