Job Description

  • Are seeking a full-time Administrative Support to join our team
Duties /Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Perform receptionist & general office duties
  • Assist with projects & special events
  • Update websites & social media sites
  • Assist with fundraising activities & marketing
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced experience with office and computer skills
  • Preferred experience in digital & social media marketing
  • Preferred passion for working with people with disabilities
  • Professional verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to accept & adapt to changes
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to be creative in making flyers, marketing materials, etc.
  • Experience with digital & social media platforms
  • Ability to multi-task, manage time well, prioritize & work well under multiple demands
  • Organized & strong attention to detail
