  • Preparing corporate, partnership, individual, trust or estate tax returns
  • Reviewing returns prepared by staff and providing training
  • Communicating with clients as a trusted advisor regarding tax preparation, planning and complex tax issues
  • Corresponding with taxing authorities regarding tax notices
  • Performing research and being the contact person for the IRS on a client's behalf
  • Accounting services for tax clients
  • Financial statement preparation and compilation engagements
  • Assisting with general monthly bookkeeping tasks within the office
  • Working with our payroll department and payroll clients to assist in payroll tasks


  • CPA license required or in-process or obtaining
  • Bachelor's Degree or Associate’s Degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client engagements
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to effectively delegate work as needed
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, research and critical thinking skills
  • Attention to detail
