Food for Thought: Lunchtime Conversation Series
This lunchtime conversational series was developed in conjunction with and presented by the St. Cloud Area Chamber of Commerce Diversity Council. Each session provides participants an informal, comfortable, brave, and engaging setting to consider diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Four 90-minute sessions, over lunch provided by local ethnic restaurants, are designed to build upon each other, yet also stand independently for participants who cannot attend all four events.
Sessions will be held from 11:30 a.m. –1:00 p.m.
Session Four – What's Money Got to Do with Antiracism? Explore ways to create and foster an antiracist work culture. We’ll explore how broad organizational diversity, both internal (co-workers) and external (clients, suppliers, stakeholders), is not a sufficient characteristic of an antiracist workplace. How can we move beyond diversity toward equity, inclusive excellence, and retention?
