Attendees will receive the chance to ask questions and receive guidance in avoiding unintentional workforce discrimination situations. Employers\, human resource and workforce center employees\, and others who help non-citizens find employment will especially benefit from this presentation.\n\n\n\nIn this presentation you will learn about:\n\n	Avoiding discrimination in the Form I-9 and E-Verify processes\n	Employer best practices to avoid discriminatory pitfalls in hiring\, firing & recruiting\n	Employer obligations under the law\, drawing on employer case studies \n	Refugee & immigrant employment eligibility documentation & authorization\, including EAD expiration \n	Resources available for questions & technical assistance\n\nThis event is free and open to the public.
