DESCRIPTION:Conflict in the workplace happens every day. Because it is so common\, each of us needs to develop the skills necessary to manage it productively. Your level of emotional intelligence (EQ) has a direct impact on how you can proactively choose to respond to conflict thus creating productive conflict. In discussion\, we will consider the three types of conflict along with your natural response styles. Combining Emotional Intelligence with our natural style can help increase our success when navigating difficult situations.
