Toby will introduce this national initiative and highlight its relevance to St. Cloud and Minnesota.\n\n\n\nSpeaker: Tobias Peter\, Senior Fellow and Co-Director of the American Enterprise Institute's Housing Center in Washington\, D.C. His work focuses on housing risk\, mortgage markets\, federal housing policy\, and first-time homebuyers. He has testified before Congress\, and his research has appeared in the Wall Street Journal\, American Banker\, and Business Insider. Toby holds a master's in public policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and a bachelor's degree in history and applied economics from the College of St. Scholastica.
