She has extensive experience in the areas of commercial financing\, creditors' rights\, and creditor bankruptcy matters. Her practice includes representing employers in personnel-related matters. Dorraine has conducted hundreds of training sessions relating to harassment\, discipline\, wage and hour issues\, and other employment law matters.
