SUMMARY:Employment Law: "A Hazy Issue: Medical Marijuana AND the Workplace"
DESCRIPTION:Employment Law: Keeping Your Business Out of Trouble -"A Hazy Issue: Medical Marijuana AND the Workplace" presented by Dr. Philip Bachman\, Workmed Midwest & Chad Staul\, Rinke Noonan\n\n \n\nMedical Marijuana:\n\nOn May 29\, 2014 Minnesota enacted the Medical Cannabis Act (MCA)\, legalizing medical marijuana.
